Sizing assistance

Size guide FAQs.

Find answers to common questions about measuring your body, choosing a size, compression fit, and using our Tank Top, Faja, and Waist Band size charts.

How do I know which size chart to use?

Use the Tank Top chart when purchasing a compression tank, the Faja chart when purchasing a full-body compression garment, and the Waist Band chart when purchasing a waist trainer or abdominal compression band.

Should I order my normal clothing size?

No. Compression garment sizing may be different from your usual clothing size. Always measure your body and compare those measurements with the chart for the specific product you are purchasing.

How should I measure my waist correctly?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waistline. Keep the tape level and comfortably fitted against your body. Do not pull the tape tightly, hold in your stomach, or measure over thick clothing.

How should I measure my hips?

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the measuring tape level all the way around your body.

What should I do when I am between two sizes?

Do not automatically choose the smaller size. Review all applicable measurements and consider the area with the largest measurement. For fajas, the hip measurement is often especially important. Contact our team before ordering when your measurements fall into different sizes.

Should a faja feel extremely tight?

A faja should feel supportive and fitted, but it should not cause severe pain, numbness, difficulty breathing, restricted circulation, or excessive pressure. Contact your licensed medical provider when you are concerned about the fit.

Should I size down for stronger compression?

We do not recommend choosing a smaller size solely to create stronger compression. A garment that is too small may fit incorrectly and could become uncomfortable. Use your current measurements and follow your provider’s compression guidance.

Should I measure myself before or after surgery?

Use the measurements recommended by your surgeon or recovery provider. Swelling and body measurements may change throughout recovery, so the correct size can also change over time.

Can I use body weight alone to choose my faja size?

Weight may be used as an additional reference, but it should not be the only measurement used. Waist and hip measurements generally provide more specific information about how the garment may fit your body.

What happens if my bust, waist, and hips show different sizes?

This is common. Review the product’s design and prioritize the measurement for the area where the garment needs the most room. For a full-body faja, do not ignore the hip measurement. Contact our team with all three measurements for assistance.

Can I exchange a garment when the size does not fit?

Exchange eligibility depends on the product’s condition, hygiene requirements, and our current return and exchange policy. Please review the policy before trying on or removing tags from the product.
